Making Meetings Matter: Reimagining City Leadership Gatherings

I designed and facilitated a workshop for Hampton’s city executives to transform their monthly meetings from status updates to strategic, energizing spaces. Through design exercises like “Meeting Makeover Menus” and “Action Canvases,” leaders co-created new meeting norms rooted in transparency, collaboration, and real-time problem solving. This session sparked concrete process improvements and renewed purpose at the top of city leadership.
